Membership

Pretty Powerful has the right to terminate the membership immediately if the member defaults on any payments.

The member acknowledges that Pretty Powerful is the owner of all rights to the intellectual property which includes the design, copyright, know how, and trade marks which form part of the agreement between Pretty Powerful and the member.

Copyright documents include, but are not limited to, all documentation, manuals, websites, tools; Mind Makeover cards, Create Your Day Cards, Nightly Reflection Cards, Create Your Day Kits, Nightly Reflection Kits and the Goal Management System. Copyright is also included on all Audios: Mind Massage, Visual Validations, Turbo-Charge Your Success, and all other materials that are created, designed and used by Pretty Powerful.

The member undertakes and commits not to share any of the intellectual property with other non-members, without prior written permission.

If the member is not satisfied with the Pretty Powerful online coaching program, the member is entitled to opt out of the membership by giving 30 days written notice to Pretty Powerful.

Pretty Powerful offers self development solutions for women who are looking to learn, grow and transform their lives.

Delivery policy

For all online purchases of e-products:
Subject to receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and the download delivery confirmed by way of email notification.

For all online purchases of physical products that require shipping:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of email notification with a tracking number.

Prices are quoted including postage via normal mail within South Africa. International shipping or overnight shipping will be for the buyer's account and the fee thereof willl be confirmed in email prior to shipping. On buyer's acceptance of shipping costs, the buyer's credit card will be charged for thr shipping / or the buyer may pay via EFT and the purchase will be dispatched.

Return & Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Pretty Powerful is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Pretty Powerful will refund the client in full within 10 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration and handling fee.
Pretty Powerful offers a money back guarentee on any products that the buyer is dissatisfied with, return shipping is for the buyer's account. Pretty Powerful must receive a written complaint in writing within 30 days of buyer receiving the product in order to be awarded the money back guarantee.

Customer privacy policy
Pretty Powerful shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Pretty Powerful bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Payment options for Membership

Payment is to be made via debit order off a credit card or bank account. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Pretty Powerful via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Pretty Powerful separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Pretty Powerful takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Pretty Powerful chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation
Pretty Powerful may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
